What to expect

Your interview will be conducted by a real-time, voice-based AI interviewer. First, you will hear a brief introduction about the role. Then you will be asked one question at a time. Answer out loud. The AI will respond after you stop speaking. If your answer seems incomplete, the AI may ask a short follow-up question. When the AI decides your answer is complete, the “Continue” button will become visible. Click it to move to the next question. Each answer is recorded and uploaded per question for review by a talent acquisition specialist.

If the AI recruiter stops talking

• • Wait a few seconds to see if the AI continues on its own.
• • If the issue continues, refresh the page to resume the interview.
• • After refresh, you will see a prompt to continue from the last unanswered question or start over. Your progress is saved automatically.

Tips for best results

• • Choose a quiet place with a stable internet connection.
• • Use headphones to reduce echo and background noise.
• • Keep answers focused. One to two minutes is usually enough. Avoid long pauses because silence moves the interview forward.
• • You can test your camera and microphone later in the device check step.

Control and follow-up

• • You will see the “Finish Interview” button after the final question. Use “Continue” to move through the interview.
• • If you don’t have an answer or want to move on, tell that to the AI. The “Continue” button will become available.
• • When you click “Finish Interview”, you’ll be offered choices:
  request a live interview with a recruiter or restart the interview.
• • Your answers are saved per question. If you refresh or return later, you can resume from the last unanswered question. After review, a talent acquisition specialist will contact you.
